Surface treatment
The chloride and sulfate contaminants on the substrate surface are higher than 10μg/cm2. Use clean water to flush away salt and other water-soluble contaminants.
Remove grease according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standard.
Remove welding spatter and treat welds and burrs to make them smooth.
Use sandblasting to remove rust, scale and damaged shop primer to ISO Sa2.5 (SSPC-SP10) or use power tools to treat the surface to ISO St3.0.
Use high-pressure air to blow away dust and other dirt.

Construction instructions
1. This paint is often used with epoxy zinc-rich primer and acrylic polyurethane topcoat as an intermediate layer. It is used for durable (10 years) coating of steel structures, and can also be used alone as a moisture-proof primer for coating substrates.
2. The substrate must be dusted and degreased.
3. It can be sprayed or brushed.
4. Dilute with epoxy paint thinner.
5. When using, it should be strictly prepared according to the marked ratio, stirred evenly, and applied after 10 minutes. The prepared paint should be used up on the same day.
6. The construction temperature should be above 5°C.
7. The validity period of epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint is one year.

Shelf life
From the date of production, if stored according to the storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months.
Storage and transportation
The paint should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoiding high temperature and fire.
During transportation, the environment of the carriage should be dry and closed, the materials should be stacked stably, and the relevant regulations should be met.

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

● If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or an appropriate detergent. If paint comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.

● Paint contains flammable substances. Please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in the vicinity.

● Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
