TAJ-8900 non-solvent polyurethane self-leveling floor coating is a two-component, solvent-free, thick-coated, self-leveling floor coating. Its overall seamless and flat surface makes cleaning and maintenance very easy. It has good elasticity, wear resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance to various chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts. It is suitable for various civil and industrial floors. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for the beauty and comfort of the ground, for occasions with high requirements for the elasticity, wear resistance, and impact resistance of the floor, and for occasions with high requirements for the chemical resistance of the floor, including: civil floors such as offices, schools, libraries, hospitals, stadiums, showrooms, restaurants, and supermarkets. Surface treatment
● For all new and old concrete floors, the concrete strength must reach C25 or above. The surface stains, loose soil, moisture, loose old paint film and other attachments must be completely removed until the solid concrete is exposed. For concrete contaminated by chemicals or other substances, they should be removed until the solid concrete is exposed. Make the surface clean, dry and flat.

● Old floors with paint
Completely grind away loose or incompatible old coatings to expose the concrete surface. Clean, dry and intact compatible coatings do not need to be removed.

● Oily floors
Oil stains will seriously affect the adhesion of floor coatings to the base surface. Oily floors must be completely cleaned and polished.

● New concrete floors
Make sure the floor has exceeded the maintenance period and the moisture content of the floor is less than 6%. It is critical to use mobile sandblasting tools and grinding equipment to treat the concrete surface to achieve the correct surface roughness.

Paint mixing method
After fully stirring component A, pour component B into component A according to the specified proportion, and then stir evenly with a special stirrer. This product should be prepared as needed, and should be used up within the expiration date to avoid gel waste.
Construction conditions
Painting environment temperature range: 5~35℃. The base surface temperature is at least 3℃ higher than the air dew point temperature.
Painting environment humidity range: Relative humidity is less than 75%
. Ventilation conditions: The construction site should be ventilated and dust-free. However, there should be no strong wind to avoid dust from being brought in and affecting the appearance.

Trowel Choose a trowel with the appropriate tooth length according to the required coating thickness. For a coating with a thickness of 1mm, a trowel with a tooth length of 2mm is generally selected. It is important to use a needle-type exhaust roller to penetrate the coating during the construction process to avoid bubbles.

Design Specifications
TAJ-8900 solvent-free polyurethane self-leveling is designed for decoration and protection of indoor concrete floors. It will gradually turn yellow under sunlight and is not suitable for outdoor floors.
Construction guidance
Basic requirements and processing
The concrete must be flat, solid, clean and dry. The compressive strength of the concrete should be above 25MPa, the bonding strength of the concrete should be above 1.5MPa, and the moisture content of the concrete should be below 6%. The base surface should be sandblasted or polished to obtain a moderate surface to enhance the adhesion of the paint. The protrusions should be polished flat, and the cracks and holes should be filled and leveled with epoxy mortar (or polyurethane mortar). The old painted floor should be cleaned of loose and peeling paint film, and the oil stains should be cleaned with detergent. Before the paint is applied, all dust and loose materials on the surface must be removed.
Primer coating
Roller-coated epoxy sealing primer has good permeability and wettability, can seal the micropores, dust and fine particles on the base surface, and enhance the adhesion of the base surface and subsequent coatings.
Scrape mortar layer
The purpose of scraping the mortar layer is to further improve the strength and flatness of the base layer. Mix the epoxy mortar paint and epoxy mortar paint curing agent according to the specified ratio, add 40-70 mesh quartz sand, mix evenly to make epoxy mortar, and scrape it once or in several times to the set thickness.
The ratio of materials is:
Epoxy mortar paint: epoxy mortar paint curing agent = 4:1
(epoxy mortar paint + epoxy mortar paint curing agent): 40~70 mesh quartz sand = 1:0.5

Construction environment requirements:
During construction, the ambient temperature should be between 5 and 35°C, and the relative humidity should be below 75%. During construction, the substrate temperature should be 3°C higher than the dew point temperature.

construction:
Pour the polyurethane self-leveling curing agent (TAJ-8900B) into the container of polyurethane self-leveling paint (TAJ-8900A), stir it at low speed (300 rpm) for 3 minutes with an electric stirrer, pour it into another clean container after stirring evenly, stir it for another minute, and then it can be used. Use a trowel to apply the mixed polyurethane self-leveling paint, once or in several times to the designed thickness.
Construction precautions:
(1) Mix the materials at a low speed and try to avoid introducing air bubbles.
(2) During the hot summer months, the materials cure quickly, so less paint should be used at one time and the construction should be quicker.
(3) When the construction environment temperature is too high, it will have an adverse effect on the apparent properties of the coating.
Shelf life
From the date of production, if stored according to the storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months.
Storage and transportation
The paint should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoiding high temperature and fire.
During transportation, the environment of the carriage should be dry and closed, the materials should be stacked stably, and the relevant regulations should be met.
Safety measures

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

● If paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and/or an appropriate detergent. If paint comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.

● Ensure good ventilation.

● Paint contains flammable substances. Please keep away from sparks and prohibit smoking in the vicinity.

● Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
